At the ESG Global Leadership Summit recently, Ge Yue, the vice president of Apple, said that almost all Chinese suppliers have commited to using clean energy to produce products for Apple in the future. Apple will also use recyclable or renewable materials for packaging, with plans to phase out plastic packaging by 2025.

2. McDonald's global sustainability Vision and Action Plan, Green Packaging section specifically includes three actions, which are Reduce Packaging Materials, Reduce Plastics and use 100% FSC certificated raw material.
3. Starting In July 2020, China implemented stricter the restriction of plastic bags, and McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks and other restaurant chains have announced that they will stop using plastic straws and use paper straws instead.
